The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant was unable to comply with the order dated 25 March 2025, which required the deposit of Rs. 20,00,000/-. She further submits that an additional amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- will be deposited by 20 May 2025. 2.

The learned APP submits that the undertaking given to this Court has not been complied with by the present applicant since July 2024. He further submits that the offence punishable under the Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act has been invoked in the FIR.
