DATE : 9th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Kanagaraj, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that incorrect statement was made by the associate advocate from his office on 5th May, 2025 about the amount to be deposited in this Court. He submits that on 26th March, 2025, a sum of Rs.20 Lakhs was already paid in the Registry of this Court. He further submits that a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs would be deposited with the Registry during the course of the day. The applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of
