Ms. Ambekar, learned APP makes a statement that despite interim relief being granted in favour of the applicants, they did not appear before the investigating officer on 27.07.2024, as directed by this Court. 3.

Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he will take appropriate instructions in the matter. This Court is also informed that charge-sheet has been filed, which is voluminous. 4.

While granting interim order on 25.07.2024, this Court specifically observed that as the applicants were not named as accused persons when the FIR was registered and that they were arraigned as accused subsequently, it would be necessary to peruse the material that has come on record during the course of investigation. In that light, it is also necessary to peruse the material that has been filed along with the charge-sheet, which may indicate the role of the applicants. 5.

In view of the above, list these applications for further consideration on 13.11.2024, H.O.B.

6.

The learned counsel for the applicants shall take specific instructions on the aspect as to whether the applicants did appear before the investigating officer on 27.07.2024. On the next date of listing, the relevant portions of the charge-sheet shall also be kept ready for perusal of this Court.

7.

The interim order shall continue to operate till the next date. (MANISH PITALE, J.) Minal Parab 2/2
