This is the second time, the applicant has approached this Court for anticipatory bail. On earlier occasion, he had preferred the A.B.A.No.885 of 2024 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.169 of 2024 registered at B.K.C. police station. The said application was rejected by a reasoned order dated 04.04.2024, after it was fully argued before this Court. Now, this fresh anticipatory bail application is preferred. There is no change in circumstance. I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application. The application is rejected. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
