After having argued for some time, when the Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present application. He also submitted that time may be granted to the applicant to surrender.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed. 3.

The applicant is granted time till 30th July 2024 to surrender, failing which the Police shall take appropriate steps for taking the applicant into custody, if so required.
