In this application, on 15.07.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has indeed abided by the conditions imposed by this Court and co-operated with the investigation.

Mr. Pethe, learned APP was to appear through video-conferencing. But, there appears to be a technical snag due to which hearing through videoconferencing cannot be conducted. 4.

In that view of the matter, list the application for further consideration on 09.10.2024, to be included in the supplementary list. 5.
