The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.92/2024, dated 15/03/2024, registered with Lonavala Rural Police Station, Pune Rural, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard Mr. Arjun B. Jeswani, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Swapnil V. Walve, learned APP for the State. 3.
Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that there Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:
2024.07.31 16:24:34 +0530 are two other accused namely Vijay Thakur and Manoj Lalwani, MANUSHREE NESARIKAR who were granted ad-interim relief vide the order dated Nesarikar
2 / 3 02/05/2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1219 of 2024. The role attributed to the present Applicant and other two accused is identical. He further submitted that the Applicant was a bonafide purchaser of the land which is the subject matter of the said FIR. The allegations are that some imposter stood in place of the original owner of the land and the sale deed was registered. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant was not aware of the real identity of the owner of the plot. The Applicant himself had lodged his own complaint on 15/12/2023 in respect of the said transaction for which the present FIR is lodged on 15/03/2024.

Considering these submissions, the Applicant can be granted ad-interim protection till the next date. Both these Anticipatory Bail Applications can be heard together. 5.
Learned APP submitted that there are distinguishing features between the case of the present Applicant and the other accused. His submissions can be considered on the next occasion.

Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.92/2024, dated 15/03/2024, registered with Lonavala Rural Police Station, Pune Rural, till the next date, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) This application be tagged with the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1219 of 2024.
(iii) In the meantime, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(iv) This order shall operate till 02/08/2024.
(v) Stand over to 02/08/2024.
