The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged forged documents and the biometric system are already in the custody of the prosecution. The applicant is willing and ready to cooperate with the investigation. The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer present in Court, makes a statement that there shall not be any coercive action against the applicant, provided he should attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation.

In view of the above, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 26, 27 and 28 August 2024 and cooperate with the investigation.
