By order dated 31.07.2024, interim relief was granted in favour of the applicants.

The learned APP submitted that the applicants did appear before the investigating officer as directed. It is submitted that written instructions would be taken as to the exact manner in which the applicant has cooperated with the investigation. The learned counsel having instructions to appear on behalf of first informant submitted that if short adjournment is granted, the first informant would like to assist this Court in the present case 4.

List the application for final disposal on 25.09.2024, to be included in the supplementary list.
