By order dated 14.08.2024, this Court had granted interim relief to the applicants. The learned APP submits that the applicants have indeed abided by the conditions imposed by this Court.

The first informant intends to appear as intervenor in the present application and the learned counsel for the first informant seeks some time. 3.

This Court is of the opinion that even if the interim order is to be confirmed and the application is to be allowed, appropriate directions need to be issued to ensure that another such incident should not happen in the future. One of the suggestions given by the learned APP is that the applicants should not enter the jurisdiction of Chaturshrungi Police Station, till the filing of the chargesheet.

In that regard, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks adjournment to take instructions in the matter. 5.
