In this Application, the Applicant is apprehending arrest, as he has been arraigned as accused, although he was the informant on whose statement the subject FIR was registered. 2.

The FIR was registered on 11.08.2022 and the learned counsel for the Applicant does not have exact information as to when the Applicant himself was arraigned as an accused in the present case.

Learned APP informs this Court that anticipatory bail applications of the Applicant have been rejected twice by the Sessions Court. Today, the Investigating Officer is not available and hence, a short adjournment is sought.
