The learned APP informs this Court that the applicant is already arrested. It is relevant to note that on 16.08.2024, after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court was inclined to reject the application, but for the fervent plea made on behalf of the applicant to produce some material to indicate the background of dispute, to allege false implication. 2.

In any case, due to arrest of the applicant, the application is rendered infructuous and hence, it is dismissed.
