Mr. Shardul Shinde, learned counsel is seeking adjournment, although on the last occasion, it was noticed that this very applicant along with other accused persons had filed Anticipatory Bail Application No.1768 of 2024 for anticipatory bail, but on 8th July 2024, the said application was withdrawn simpliciter. No liberty was sought and now this application has been preferred. 2.

The learned counsel appearing today, submits that he is not prepared to argue the matter and that he would be prepared to argue the application tomorrow.

This Court reluctantly agrees to the request made on behalf of the applicant.
