This applicant had earlier moved an application for anticipatory bail along with other co-accused persons bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1768 of 2024. On 8th July 2024, the said application was disposed of as withdrawn, since the learned counsel appearing for the applicants on the said date, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the said application. No liberty was sought from this Court.

Despite these background facts, the present application is moved by the applicant herein, as she was apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No. 0651 of 2024 dated 17th May 2024 registered at Hinjwadi Police Station, Dist. Pimpri-Chinchwad, for offences under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

Despite the earlier application having been withdrawn without any liberty, in the interest of justice, this Court heard the learned counsel for the applicant for substantial period of time. 4.

When this Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present application. 5.

Hence, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. MANISH PITALE, J.
