DATE : 18th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- Mr.Dalvi, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks a short accommodation of one week's time to file additional affidavit of the applicant no.2 in order to bring on record the financial transactions of the applicant no.2 with regard to the purchase of the flat at Kolhapur.

The applicant no.2 is permitted to file an additional affidavit to bring on record the financial transaction pertaining to she purchasing a flat whether any kind of housing loan has been procured by her. She will also put on record that the financial position of her husband of

Even the applicant no.1 is permitted to file an affidavit if he so desires as regards to his financial conditions to the last three years which should also includes purchase by any assets by him or family members or the source of such investment.

Stand over to 26th March, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Interim protection granted earlier to continue till next date of the hearing.
