By order dated 22nd August 2024, while issuing notice to respondent No.2, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants. In paragraph 10 of the said order, it was specifically directed that the notice would be served through the Investigating Officer, for which purpose, the applicants were required to provide an additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer. 2.

It appears that despite the aforesaid directions, the applicants failed to provide copy to the Investigating Officer and instead submitted a copy with the Registry of this Court for issuance of notice.

In view of the above, as a matter of last chance, the applicants are directed to give a copy of the papers pertaining to the present application to the Investigating Officer, within two

The Investigating Officer shall ensure that the respondent No.2 is served before the next date of listing. 5.

List for further consideration on 17th October 2024, to be included in the supplementary list.
