In this application, while issuing notice to respondent No.2 on 22nd August 2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants.

The learned APP informs this Court that respondent No.2 has been served in the present application. She is praying for legalaid. 3.

In that light, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to appear on behalf of the respondent No.2. The applicant shall serve an additional set of papers in the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today.
