DATE : 10th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- This matter was adjourned for today only at the request of the learned counsel for the applicant Mr.Bansode. On the last occasion, the learned A.P.P. has made a statement that the mother of the applicant no.1 has lodged an FIR against the parents of the victim, hence, Mr.Bansode requested for time to take instructions

2/3 and the matter was adjourned to today.

Today when the matter is called out, Mr.Bansode made a statement that it was an incorrect statement made by the learned A.P.P. that the FIR has been lodged by the mother of the applicant. In fact, an FIR was lodged by the accused no.3, who is not an applicant before this Court in the present proceedings. 3.

To this, the learned A.P.P. objected and submitted that Mr.Bansode is making an incorrect statement across the bar, as it is a fact that FIR has been filed by the mother of the applicant no.1. The photocopy of the same was handed over to this Court. Mr.Bansode fairly submits that if an incorrect statement was made to him on instructions of his client, this Court can pass an order, but he has to verify with his client and only for that purpose, the matter can be kept tomorrow.

Only for the purpose of Mr.Bansode to verify whether an

3/3 false and incorrect statement was made by him on behalf of his client, stand over to 11th February, 2025.
