The learned Counsel for the applicant informs the Court that due to ill-health, the applicant could not attend the concerned police station, as directed by this Court vide order dated 5 August 2024. He further submits that the applicant will attend the concerned police station on 2, 3 and 4 September 2024 between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm and cooperate with the investigation . 2.
