In furtherance of the order dated 23.08.2024, this Court is informed that the rival parties i.e. the informant and the accused persons are making sincere efforts to amicably resolve their disputes. It is also indicated that the rival parties include advocates and therefore, effort is being made to appropriately resolve the disputes between the parties. In that light, the informant does not have objection for hearing of this application to be adjourned and in the meantime, till the next date, this Court may indicate that coercive steps shall not be taken, only for the purpose of facilitating settlement of the dispute.

The learned APP submits that this Court may pass appropriate order, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case. 3.

In view of the above, list this application for further consideration on 04.09.2024, to be included in the supplementary list. 4.

Till the next date, no coercive steps be taken against the applicants. The said protection is granted only for the purpose of the applicants making a sincere effort to resolve the dispute.
