The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions and in presence of applicant No.2 present in Court, makes a statement that consent terms will be produced before this Court alongwith demand draft that the applicants would keep ready for being handed over to the informant, in furtherance of a comprehensive settlement of disputes.
