DATE : 19th SEPTEMBER, 2024.

P. C. :

1.

This application was adjourned on the earlier occasions as the applicants and the informant had indicated that attempts were being made to find out an amicable solution. In that light, interim protection from arrest was granted to the applicants.

2.

The orders dated 28.08.2024 and 04.09.2024 show that efforts were indeed being made by the parties to amicably settle the disputes but nothing worked out.
