Mr Karan Jain , the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant to show his bonafides, is ready to deposit Rs.5,50,000/- with interest totalling Rs. 7,00,000/-, in three instalments, within six weeks from today with the Registry of this Court, and will pay the first instalment of Rs.3,00,000/- on 4 September 2024. Stand over to 9 September 2024. In view of that there shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
