The learned APP, on instructions of the officer from the concerned police station present in Court, makes a statement that the prosecution shall not effect the arrest of the applicant till the next date, with a stipulation that the application shall attend the concerned police station on 12th, 13th and 14th August 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation. 2.
