Learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in the Court, submits that the applicant has attended the concerned police station and cooperated with the investigation, and maintains his earlier statement that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date, with a stipulation that, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
