The learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer, MAMTA AMAR KALE present in Court, makes a statement that the prosecution shall not effect the arrest of the applicant till the next date, with a stipulation that the application shall attend the concerned police station on 9th, 10th and 11th August 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation.
