The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not a beneficiary of the alleged sum. The FIR is of the year 2022. The charge sheet has been filed against the co-accused who were arrested and granted regular bail. The applicant is not named in the FIR. Till 2024, the applicant was not implicated in the crime, nor summoned in the matter. The applicant is ready and willing to attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation by providing her complete residential address, phone number and the relevant documents regarding her employment status with the coaccused in the firm. The applicant will attend the concerned police station on 28th , 29th , and 30th August 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and

In view of this, the learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in Court, makes a statement that till the next date, the applicant will not be arrested. 3.
