The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered photocopy of a diary to make a statement that the applicant indeed attended the police station on 29.08.2024 and 30.08.2024, as directed by this Court in the interim order dated 27.08.2024. It is stated that the applicant cooperated with the investigation.

This is disputed by the learned APP on specific instructions and it is further submitted that the applicant has not cooperated with the investigation. He has not given the details of the manner in which parts of the concerned machinery was disposed of and hence, this Court may not show any further indulgence to the applicant.

It is indicated on behalf of the applicant that the informant - Shrikant Malani

910.ABA.2231.2024.doc Bank has already initiated appropriate proceedings before the competent forum. The applicant is at liberty to place on record the details of such proceedings.

Additional documents, if any, be filed on behalf of the applicant, within two weeks from today.

5.

List the application for further consideration on 12th November, 2024, "High on Board."
