In this application, on 22nd August 2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, after making preliminary observations and specifically directing the applicant to abide by certain conditions. These conditions required by the applicant to cooperate with the investigation. 2.
On 7th October 2024, while directing appointment of an Advocate for appearance on behalf of respondent No.2, this Court also directed that the applicant would clarify as to whether he had abided by the directions issued by this Court. It was further observed that if it was found that the applicant had not abided by the directions, appropriate orders would be passed. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant also submits that after the interim order was passed, the applicant has not remained in touch with the learned counsel for the applicant and that he has no instructions in the matter. 4.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed. The interim order dated 22nd August 2024 stands vacated. MANISH PITALE, J.
