Although the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants are pressing for hearing and urgent orders, the learned APP seeks short date to keep the Investigating Officer present along with investigation papers. 2.

Considering the nature of allegations made herein, this Court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate that the investigation papers and the Investigating Officer are before this Court on the next date of hearing. 3.
