The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, in the prayer clause of the application, reference was made to two FIRs, due to which in paragraph No.2 and in the operative portion in paragraph No.8 of the said order, the FIR number has been wrongly mentioned.

In view of the above, the order dated 30.08.2024 shall stand corrected to the effect that FIR No.0222 of 2024 shall be corrected to FIR No.0224 of 2024 in paragraph No.2 and paragraph No.8(a) of the said order. 4.

The order shall be corrected and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
