Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer, present in Court, submits that the applicant's property is already attached and the applicant will not be arrested till the next date with a stipulation that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station, provide necessary documents and cooperate with the investigation. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 19th, 20th and 21st August 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation. 3.

By consent, stand over to 6 September 2024.
