The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that as directed by this Court vide order dated 12 August 2024, the applicant has attended the concerned police station and cooperated with the investigation and further he is willing to attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant's attendance is required to clear some doubts.
