Learned APP states that the investigation shows that there are more than 500 investors. However, absolutely no investigation is carried out in that direction. The record shows that the Applicant's Anticipatory Bail Application No.1762/2023 was withdrawn after arguments on 2.1.2024. Since then the Applicant was not under any protection. Therefore, today I am not inclined to grant any ad-interim relief. At the request of learned APP, stand over to 21.8.2024.
