The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that to show his bonafides, the applicant has already refunded Rs.70,000/- to the informant and is ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,91,000/- on or before 26 August 2024. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant further seeks leave to add the first informant as party respondent to this application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
