On 09.09.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, subject to specific conditions, including a direction that he shall remain present before the investigating officer on 12.09.2024 and 13.09.2024 and thereafter, as and when called by the investigating officer. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent No.1 submitted, on instructions, that the applicant did appear before the investigating officer as directed by this Court and that he indeed co-operated with the investigation. A statement is made that the investigating authority does not require the custody of the applicant. Hence, the apprehension of arrest of the applicant, no longer survives.
