In this application, on 03.09.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that as per the directions issued by this Court, the applicant indeed appeared before the investigating officer on dates specified by this Court and that he has co-operated with the investigation. 2.

Today, the learned APP assigned with the present case, is unable to appear before this Court.

Mr. Shivarkar, learned counsel having instructions to appear on behalf of the father of the victim, seeks time to file intervention application, in order to oppose the prayer made in the present application. 4.

In view of the above, list for further consideration on 28.11.2024, to be included in the supplementary list.

The interim order granted in favour of the applicant shall continue to operate till then.
