In these two applications, interim protection is operating in favour of the applicants as the informants have shown their inclination to settle the dispute with the applicants, subject to certain steps being taken in that regard.

913_ABA2290&2443_24.doc to apprise this Court about further steps taken in the light of the earlier orders passed by this Court. The said affidavit is taken on record. 3.

This Court is also informed that the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2443 of 2024 have also taken necessary steps in order to settle the dispute with the informant. It appears that further subsequent steps may have to be taken by the parties to put a quietus to their inter se disputes. Although such steps may not necessarily mean that the allegation of criminality is taken away, but it will certainly be a factor to be taken into consideration by this Court for confirming the interim orders and disposing of the present applications. 4.

In view of the above, list these applications for further consideration on 19.11.2024, High on Board.
