Heard Mr. Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr.Khan, learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Shine, learned counsel submits that an intervention application on behalf of one of the victims is already filed and it is being processed. He submits that the documents filed along with the application would assist this Court in deciding the present application in a holistic manner.

The learned APP submits that in the meanwhile, the applicant may be directed to appear before the investigating officer on a specific date so as to further facilitate investigation into the matter. MINAL SANDIP PARAB 4.

In the meanwhile, the interim order shall continue to operate in favour of the applicant. The applicant is directed to appear before the investigating officer on 22.11.2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon. 7.
