By order dated 03.09.2024, this Court had granted interim order in favour of the applicant. It is stated that the applicant did appear before the Investigating Officer as per the direction issued by this Court on 06.09.2024. It is stated on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation.

In that light, the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the application on the Investigating Officer, within one week from today. 4.

The Investigating Officer shall ensure that the respondent No.2 is served within one week thereafter.
