In this application, while granting interim relief to the applicant by order dated 3rd September 2024, this Court had issued notice to respondent No.2, as offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered. The learned APP submits that the respondent No.2 is served through the Investigating Officer and that she requires legal-aid. 2.

In view of the above, the High Court Legal Services Authority is directed to appoint an Advocate from its panel to represent respondent No.2.

The applicant shall serve a copy of this application in the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today.
