The legal aid appointed advocate Mr. Pawar is not at all prepared with the matter and the Investigating Officer is also not present. Whether the present Applicant is co-operated with the police is also not brought in front of me. Since that the legal aid counsel has not even contacted the Informant neither he has read the FIR, victim's statements and further statements of the witnesses which are attached with the present proceeding, I have no option but to adjourned the present proceeding. 2.

The Applicant is already protected by the earlier order Harish

903-ABA-2303-2024.doc passed by this Court.The present Applicant is a doctor who is the owner of the Hospital Shubra Nursing Home. It has been alleged in the FIR that in the said hospital, the victim, who was a minor girl was given medicines for aborting her pregnancy. Immediate after consuming the medicines given by the said hospital there was miscarriage.

The matter is adjourned to 18th February, 2025. 4.
