The learned APP, on instructions, states that at present no statements have been recorded to suggest that the applicant has received the alleged amount. The basis for the inquiry report conducted by the department lies in the implication of co-accused against the applicant. The learned APP also seeks a short accommodation as the investigating officer is not present. 2.
