The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was newly transferred and posted to the Property Department in September 2023, having previously worked in various other departments such as PWD, Establishment, Encroachment, and Water. The applicant has been cooperative throughout the investigation, attending police station. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged licenses were issued before the applicant's departmental transfer and that all relevant documents are already in the custody of the investigating agency and nothing remains to be recovered from the applicant. Furthermore, the applicant is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation by providing specimen signature and

Mamta Kale 2-aba-2314-2024.doc handwriting samples to the investigating officer and has offered to attend the concerned police station on 3rd , 4th , and 5th September 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to cooperate with the investigation. In view of this, there shall not be any coercive action till the next date.
