Mr Sandeep Sherkhane, the learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant has not prepared any document nor he is the beneficiary of any transaction. The applicant has attended the police station on 29 July 2024 and his statement was also recorded. Further the applicant is ready and willing to provide all the necessary documents to the investigating officer as required by him.
