On 05.09.2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants. This Court is informed that the applicants have abided by the direction to cooperate with the investigation and to remain present before the Investigating Officer on 09.09.2024. In that light, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the interim order may be confirmed and the application may be allowed.

The learned APP, on the other hand, is seeking short adjournment, contending that during the course of investigation the statement Shrikant Malani

912.ABA.2338.2024.doc of the notary public is yet to be recorded, in whose presence the alleged affidavits were executed by the informant and her sons. 3.

Hence, list the application for further consideration on 13th November, 2024, "High on Board."
