The learned counsel for the applicant points out that three applications of co-accused persons are listed tomorrow (06.09.2024) arising from the same FIR. It was sought to be indicated that there is sufficient material for the applicant in the present application and also the co-accused persons, to show that they are not directly involved insofar as the allegations levelled by the informant are concerned. It is pointed out that accused No.1 i.e. the brother of the applicant herein is already arrested and behind bars.

The learned APP submits that the officer would be able to attend the proceedings along with the investigation papers on 11.09.2024. 3.

Considering the nature of contentions being raised on behalf of the applicant, it would be appropriate that the investigation papers are available for perusal of this Court.

In view of the above, list this application along with Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.2344 of 2024, 2345 of 2024 and 2346 of 2024 on 11.09.2024, to be included in the supplementary list, when the investigating officer shall remain present with the papers to assist the learned APP.
