On 12 September 2024, this Court passed an order. The said order records as follows :- "Heard. Liberty to file additional affidavit with compilation of documents. The same shall be filed within one week from today with an advance copy to be served on other side.

2. Leave to amend to add the first informant as party respondent to this application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Mr Avdhoot Prabhu waives service of notice on behalf of the newly added respondent and seeks time to file a reply affidavit.

3. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant, to show his bonafides, is ready to deposit Rs.11,15,000/- with the Registry of this Court on or before the next date.

4. Stand over to 22 October 2024. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date."

Hence, the applicant to show his bonafide was to deposit of Rs.11,50,000/- with the Registry.

Today, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the sum of Rs. 11,50,000/- has not been deposited with the Registry from 12 September 2024 until today, as there were settlement discussions between the informant and the applicant. During these discussions, it was considered that instead of depositing the amount of Rs. 11,50,000/- with the Registry of this Court, the same could be paid directly to the informant.

As of today, no amount has been deposited with the Registry of this Court, nor has any payment been made to the informant. 5.

As a matter of last chance, the Applicant is granted two days to clear the outstanding amount of Rs. 11,50,000/-. 6.

Stand over to 3 March 2025. To be treated as "Part Heard". 7.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next of the hearing.
