The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.318 of 2023 registered at Mangaon Police Station, on 12.10.2023, under sections 120B, 420, 467, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP submitted that the anticipatory bail application of the co-accused i.e. A.B.A.No.697 of 2024 is to be listed on 29.08.2024 and, therefore, this application also be placed on the same date; to be heard along with that application. 3-aba-2367-24 attributed to the applicants in A.B.A.No.697 of 2024. He submitted that the applicant No.1 is 81 year old and the applicant No.2 is suffering from paralysis.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the applicants, this matter can also be placed together to be heard with A.B.A.No.697 of 2024. Till then, the applicants can be protected.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

i) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.318 of 2023 registered at Mangaon Police Station, till the next date, the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing P. R. bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Rupees Thirty Thousand each Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.

ii) This order shall operate till 29.08.2024. iii) This application be heard together with A.B.A.No.697 of 2024.

iv) Stand over to 29.08.2024.
