Although this is an application seeking anticipatory bail for the applicants, the learned APP informs this Court that applicant No.1 was arrested and subsequently, granted regular bail. It is stated that applicant Nos.2 and 3 are absconding and they were served with notice under Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. 2.

The application is dismissed as infructuous, insofar as applicant No.1 is concerned.
